Let's get CPAP treatment in perspective

I have read many posts and questions on how effective CPAP treatment is, how long it takes you to feel the difference etc. Here is my very subjective opinion on this. With depression, there are many pills that you might try in course of years to find the right one for you. If you are lucky, you return in couple of years to repeat the same thing again since the original pills don'y work any more. With insomnia, you try diferent ones until you find one that best suites you. You need to be very careful so u don't develop tolerence on them.
And with OSA, you get one or two sleep stufies that determine your OSA and the CPAPtreatment type and pressure. There is no side effects and you don't need to have it done if you have an Auto-pap. You get the diagnosis, treatment without side effects. I'd take OSA instead of depression and insomnia every day. There are also no side effects. Don't expect miracles, just remember that you want to reduce or aliminae those apneas. We do a little of may tghings to improve our condition. Get out and enjoy the weather, sociaslize ad do the thinhgs that make life worthwhile. Believe in delayed gratification and trust you self-love to get you to where you wanna be. good kuck to all of u
I don't do mornings !!!
