HELP!! I'm developing a HUGE belly!

I recently incorporated a mouthpiece into my apparatus and since, MY BELLY IS GROWING and I have not gained any weight!! I am experiencing some flatulence, but not to the extent that one would expect if my bloating is the result of aerophagia. Either the mouthpiece is causing me to swallow air or I have a massive tumor growing in my belly. I don't think I'm pregnant since I am male.

Anyone else experienced bloating due to aerophagia?

Tends to happen..................its called beer belly

Aerophagia can happen with anything that tends to allow or promote the air getting into the stomach.
The worse aerophagia I ever experienced was with a Hybrid mask.
Stop the mouthpiece for a couple of nights. See what happens. Possibly is just a coincidence or possible directly related to the addition of whatever mouthpiece you have added.
