LOL & OMG. You're right, humor "or not". Just this morning I was just wondering why, after sleeping 9 hours, it takes me so long to wake up and get going. I've been wondering if I am actually sleeping too much.

That cartoonist must have been spying on me!

I am always "under-awake" first thing in the morning -- how long or how well I slept doesn't seem to make that much difference.

If you actually have this problem: quite possibly sleep apnea — it really messes with your waking hours. Also, you might want to get your fasting blood sugar checked out. Or maybe you just need a more comfortable bed, or a quieter bedroom. All are possibilities, and all are correctable…and for sure worth the trouble to correct.
