Software for Phillips Resprionics System One

Post by cherylann » Sun Nov 06, 2011 10:41 pm

My doctor switch me to this machine because the S9 wasn't working. But, I can't find the software for it. This machine isn't working for me either, but still I would like to look at the reports like I did with the S9.

Does anyone know how to get the software for this one?

BTW, I don't have it on my profile because it is not listed in the drop down.

if you have a data capable model the software you need is

encore viewer 2.x

encore pro 2.x

or sleepyhead -- http://sourceforge.net/projects/sleepyhead/

(I don't know the value of x above)

Just do a forum search for SLEEPYHEAD.

I should add - there have been problems reported with the encores and 64 bit machines and people have work arounds for them

sleepyhead seems to work on Windows 7 64 bits

I believe those Encore problems were with the old version 1.8.49, but the newer version 2.4.12.2 plays nice with Win7 64 bit.
I am using both Encore 2.4 and Sleepyhead on my Win7 64 bit laptop.

I did have to do a workaround with 1.8.
