At the end of my appointment with my sleep doctor today I asked if most of her patients struggle with CPAP therapy the way I do. She said, "Most people who struggle with it don't keep up with it as long as you have."
I felt glad that she sees my persistence.
And grateful for this forum. I would have bailed long ago without the information, encouragement, inspiration, humor, and empathy I see here every day and have experienced directly.
Thank you.
Thank you

Likewise. There are many people who patiently answer the same questions from newbies over and over and over again. Thanks to everyone for their help in making this therapy a success.
Thinking of quitting CPAP?
No problem, here's the first thing to do when you quit:
Advanced funeral planning. When you give up CPAP, you'll probably need it.
