I just received this link from CPAP.COM and found it very enlightening, especially as a relatively new person to sleep apnea. I thought there might be others who are also new to this medical condition who might also profit from looking at this information.

Good link Roger2, especially as you said for someone in the very early stages of their discovery of sleep apnea. Appropriately titled as well "Sleep Apnea 101-New User Basics"
