SleepyHead: dates in overview

Post by napstress » Tue Oct 11, 2011 6:28 pm

I'm a bit confused about the dates in the Overview tab in SleepyHead. It looks like the bar following the date represents that date. But the data from the previous night does not appear in the Overview section (for example, 10/10/11). It does appear in the Daily section. Do I have this right? Just checking. I had been thinking that the bars appeared before the date b/c I was expecting the final bar to represent last night. But I guess that data doesn't appear until the day after that day, right?
Epworth Sleepiness Scale: 14

Titration study: AHI: 6.1; RDI: 27; CPAP pressures: 5-8cm

You are describing a problem that has been fixed. Do you have the latest build for your platform? Which OS do you use, windoze, mac os x, or linux?

Probably v0.8.5 and Windows as I think that was latest version when she installed SH not too long ago and before the most recent version came out.

I haven't got the latest version yet and I am seeing the same thing she is seeing with the overview bar dates in v0.8.5.

I downloaded v08.6 but didn't remember the steps you talked me through for v 08.5, Pugsy. Would you mind reminding me?

Download the Zipped files to where you can find them easily. Right click on the zipped folder and choose Unzip or Extract all. Open the unzipped folder (s) till you get the list of files. Look for the application .exe file. It should say SleepyHead and under file type say "Application" Right click on it. Choose "Pin to start menu" and there it will be for quick easy opening of SleepyHead.

At least 0.8.5 said SleepyHead as the exe application file. I haven't got around to installing 0.8.6 yet.
You may not see .exe extension if your OS is set up not to show some file extensions. Either way it is the only file that says APPLICATION only....the others say application extension and are not the key file to launch the program.

If that doesn't work...let me know I am downloading 8.6 right now but my connection sucks and it still has 15 minutes to go. Then I will look to make sure of the correct file name.

Ah! Success! In 0.8.6 the dates in overview are clear and match up. Thank you.
