Anyone suffer with PLMD while awake ?

During my sleep study, my index for this was 18 (per hour).

What's interesting is that although I twitched 70 times during my 4 hour sleep in the lab, it only produced 1 arousal.

I've been noticing lately, that all through the day I experience small muscle twitches all over the place.

Is this commom with OSA ?

yes i know exactly what you mean, their generally worse when tired, although can happen any time. mine are somrtimes quite violent though especailly when tired. jean
