Odd data

Post by pharm30 » Wed Aug 31, 2011 4:08 pm

Having some issues in the last couple days. My data is saved in a PDF file, not sure how to post.
Begining of the week my AHI ranged from 3-6.
The last couple days, it has ranged from 6-15, last night being the 15.

8/25 - CA=1, OA=0, H=5
8/26 - CA=1, OA=0, H=2
8/27 - CA=0, OA=1, H=4
8/28 - CA=2, OA=1, H=7
8/29 - CA=1, OA=1, H=6
8/30 - CA=1, OA=0, H=5
8/31 - CA=6, OA=1, H=8

The weird thing on 8/31, there is like a run of CA blue marks, and the above graph, the IPAP did not increase at all from the baseline of 6?
Shouldn't there be a spike in the pressure at that time? Got a bunch of marks at the Periodic Breathing at the same time, and my patient triggered breaths drop to like 50% at that same time. Last night didn't seem any different to me from the previous nights?
My hypopneas seem to be increasing as well. No noticable leaks.

This is how I post images of reports. I use screen shots and not saved files. This way we can see what you see.

Open the image to full size so it is easily read.
I use Vista snipping tool to create a screen shot and crop the image at the same time.
Prt/scr key will also take a screen shot if using XP. If laptop is used sometimes the Fn key has to be pushed at the same time as the prt/scr key
I think windows 7 Home Premium has the snipping tool, Basic may not.
Once the screen shot is created save it in jpg format.
Upload the image to a host site. I use Photobucket it is free, there are others.
Once the image is uploaded then copy the ENTIRE IMG address. Be sure to include the opening and closing IMG in brackets. Paste that copied address into a post here.
Use the preview button. If you can't see the image try again because if you can't see it we can't.
