Just got through my second night with the same mask. I like it a lot better than the regular Quattro. I can get a good seal with it and low leaks but half way through the night it seems to have the need to be tightened down. What I like is this mask does not seem to beat your nose up if you need to tighten. One thing I see helps with nose leaks is how you put the mask on, you have to position it on your nose first. If after having its on your face if you have a lot of the silicone sticking out the top by the bridge of your nose reposition the mask. I push up a bit as I am placing on the nose so the silicone is "in the mask" and almost none is sticking out the top. You want all that silicone in the mask to seal around the eyes. If I did not explain that well let me know! I am at 14cm now but looks like I need more to plow through some events. Chart below of my second night with the mask. This mask helped me tame leaks so I can focus on what my pressure should be at. I ordered a special mask liner for this mask so we shall see what that does!

There is a thread regarding this mask if you do a search. I think it's seldom that we put on a mask too loose, more often it's too tight and not allowing the cushions to float on the face. You might also try one of the many liners available. Good luck, keep us posted.
