Had my Sleep study, getting a machine

Post by echapm4 » Mon Aug 29, 2011 6:22 pm

Hello Everyone,

Been reading the board and trying to figure this out. Should be getting a machine next week. I have a friend that works for a DME (Airway Oxygen in Grand Rapids, MI) , so he is pushing it thru quicker. I guess the CPAP machine they are providing is a Remstar Pro + w/ C-flex. Seems like I seen on here where it does the data. What else should I be looking out for.

Thanks in advance for all you guys help.

Eric

Most likely the new models. PR System One Remstar Pro....
You have some software options. Might as well start here with your reading if you haven't seen it already.

Welcome to the forum. Lots of great people here. The more you read the better. Ask any questions that you feel you can't find an answer to.

Be sure it says "Philips Respironics" on it somewhere, not just Respironics. Also be sure it's the PRO, not the PLUS. Get a heated humidifier.

If it's midnight and a DME tells you it's dark outside, go and check for yourself.
