Resscan 3.14 problem

Post by JeffH » Fri Aug 05, 2011 8:00 am

Went to read my card this morning and got this weird message...

Version 3.14 of Resscan

intf! =0@
C:\Progra~1\Borland\CBuild~1\Bin\..\include\vci\UtilCls.h/
2868 Press [Y}es to terminate, [N]o to continue and [C]ancel to Debug

when I try any of these I can't get the software to read my card. It can't find a "device" to download from. I tried deleting the existing program and reinstalling it and that didn't fix it. I'm at a loss here....any ideas?

Thanks

JeffH

Tried re-installing the software...didn't work.

Tried deleting the software and reinstalling the software...didn't work

Tried deleting the software, turning computer off, reinstalling the software...didn't work

Restored system to four days earlier....worked.

Don't have a clue what happened. Only thing different is I got a new router on the 3rd but it is the same brand as the old one, but a different model. Still need to check things and see if the network is working.

Strange.

Did the router come with any software?
Could any other software on your machine have gone through an update?

It did and I installed it. That could be the problem....Netgear router. You would think a name brand router wouldn't cause problems like this. For some reason the restore function solved the problem. I was able to download last nites data this morning with no problems.
