Usage data question

Post by 77Godspeed » Fri Aug 05, 2011 7:18 am

I wore my mask over seven hours last night and in reading my usage data it says o.6 hours, this has happen a few times in the past couple of weeks. I unplugged my machine and then plugged it back in but its keeps showing a false reading on the hours used. Im getting a little worried that all the data could be false. Has anyone had this problem?? What should I do?
Thanks

Not sure why it would be doing that. However, if you need the usage data for insurance (or to show compliance), just keep a pad of paper and pen next to your bed. Record the date, when you go to bed and when you awaken. If you need to produce evidence of compliance, that should suffice.

And I suspect the machine is just showing the last little bit when it was on, not the entire night of sleep. You might need to download the data into your software to be able to check to see what it "remembers" as your full night of sleep.

Hope that helps.
