Worried bout machine
last night I accidently dropted the machine like 16 inches from the ground it rollee and fell in the carpet..... There srems to be no problem but im worried that it dameged my machine... The fall wasnt that bad put it back on and no wierd noises.... Any one else? How wold I know if its damaged?
Re: Worried bout machine
16" on carpet isn't going to hurt it physically, the only concern would be if water from the Humidifier chamber got back into the machine. Newer machines tend to prevent this a little better, but even then it's still possible. If you were really concerned, you could take it to the DME and they can hook it up to their test device to ensure it's outputting the correct pressure, but I really don't think that is necessary.

Re: Worried bout machine
I wouldn't worry about it at all. I was riding my motorcycle one day with my machine in it's storage bag with that inside a backpack. The bungie cord holding it on to the sissy bar broke and it went tumbling down the autobahn. I didn't notice but one of the other riders with me did. He scoped it up and got it back to me. Once I got home and checked it out and it is still ticking as if nothing happened to it.
