NM then...

There was a scientific study done by the University of Rochester and found something like 85% of the people in Rochester, NY are vitamin D deficient. I was curious to as if you were at a similar latitude.

EDIT: IMHO, Vitamin D deficiency is totally bunk when it comes to fatigue and/or daytime sleepiness. Vitamin D isn't some magic pill that's going to cure everything. It being the root cause of fatigue, I don't buy it. It may play a part of it, but entirely..no. I've been 50k IU weekly now, and while it helps my feeling of well-being...a one trick pony it is not.

Well, Vitamin D deficiency is relatively new because they didn't test for it in the past, and the really aren't certain what level is 'good'. Other trains of thought involve how much your in the sun, theory states that northern areas would be less, but it's so damn hot here in the summers, we don't go outside either.

Exactly. I think its just the media taking something and making it out of proportion.
