Nudave, the SD card was requested in the mail from my DME about 1 month post my receiving it, and I had to send it off in a protective card back to them in the mail. They sent a replacement SD card for me to put back in my S9. Crapria checked on me once via phone about 7:30 PM, and I did not know who it was, showed on my caller ID as 800 service or some such nonsense. I really think they wanted to know if I needed any supplies. I did not pick up that might, so not really sure. I call them when I need them.

The Swift FX pillows actually get very soft for me when time to replace. When they collapse while on, it is time to replace. You might be able to get a little more life out of them if you boil them once they get to collapsing. My first Swift Fx pillows needed replaced at about 2 months, next pair lasted 3 months, and i don't throw them away, just boil, put away, and try them again later.
