I am selling a Respironics RemstarPlus with CFLEX that has only 288 hours on it. I upgraded to a Remstar Auto and no longer need this unit although I LOVE the C-FLEX! How is the best way to sell a slightly used cpap? Are we allowed to mention this on here or is an auction site the best way?
My best to All!

Robby, just a thought. Until the day comes that you get a third machine, you might want to keep the Plus tucked away as a backup machine in the unlikely event that you ever had to send your primary machine off for repairs.
You said "although I LOVE the C-FLEX!" Your new Auto has C-Flex too, doesn't it?

Yes it has C-Flex too. If I ever needed a second unit I will do what I did with this one... overnight it from cpap.com! They are so great.

So far, never.P.S. How often do you replace your heated hose?
I got my first one back in October 2004. It was in a package deal I bought from a woman who was giving up on cpap afterr a year of trying. She had switched to a dental device that was doing the job for her. She had bought all top quality cpap equipment. I don't know how long she had been using the heated hose before I got it, but I've used it almost every night since.
Recently I bought a back-up heated hose "just in case", but not because of any wearing out or problem with my first one. It's still going strong.
