Humidity setting between different mask

Post by Gil » Tue Jan 31, 2006 2:37 pm

Is it normal to find such large differences in humidity setting between different mask
I have use the Humidity setting at 2 for some time using Nasal prong mask and all is find. But some time when nose gets sore its good to switch mask so trying a nasal mask. But I find my nose gets very dry and stopped up so I increased Humidity to 3 and still dry so need to go higher. It does not seem to me that there should be such big difference between mask as far as humidity settings. Would apprecate what others have experienced.

Thank
