Thank you to Pugsy for EncorePro instructions

Thank you for your willingness to help, Pugsy. Your helping me gain access to my data—and the friendly way in which you have done so—has made me feel strong. I have more clarity concerning the types of questions to ask at the forum and how to communicate with my sleep dr. I so needed support. I do see an overall trend toward success, which has made me feel more confident. I now have more hope of being successful in complying. I have the tools to help myself get the rest (desperately!) need.
Epworth Sleepiness Scale: 14
Diagnostic study: overall AHI: 0.2 events/hour; overall RDI: 45 events/hour
Titration study: AHI: 6.1; RDI: 27; CPAP pressures: 5-8cm

Not-tired behind my eyes and with a clear, cool head!

You are most welcome. Always glad to help. I am happy that this additional knowledge gives you new confidence and like I have always said. The mind is a powerful drug. At least this way it is a positive influence.

Pugsy has done a tremendous job posting since recently coming out of hiding. I think she is Rested Gal's protoge and hereby nominate both for sainthood.

Both have patients beyond belief - pun intended
