Smartlink 2.3 worked once. Not working now

Post by Oakenpeg » Sun May 08, 2011 9:03 pm

Hello again, it's HerbyPeg -- having lots of technical difficulties.

I downloaded via Smartlink about 3 weeks worth of data from the Intellipap on Thursday Night and everything looked great. All the reports were as expected. I followed the exact same steps tonight and I have nothing to show for it. The program does acknowledge that I tried (3 times) to move data but there is nothing on the nightly tab since the 5th.

Suggestions please. I know someone has the answer. thank you

Have you changed any file or formatted the SD card?

When you put the SD card into SmartLink, what does the IntelliPAP exactly say?

After, when you put the SD card into the Card reader on the computer, what does the SmartLink software exactly say?

I jotted down the text on the display panel and then open the Smartlink software. I downloaded last night's data just fine and have a three day gap which tells me that I didn't have anything recorded for 3 nights. When I tried this last night the water chamber wasn't in---is full assembly essential for the card to work?

Card: Card detected; Please wait; Card transfer successful, Card removed send to provider.
Software: Autoplay popup for Smartware (G:). Then I opened the software and followed Emilia's directions.

I wonder if you jostled something when you took the humidifier out and that disengaged the module a bit. Just a hunch..... not sure since I've always had my humidifier in.

Emilia may be right, check that all the module latches are firmly connected.

I"ll pay more attention to the module connection. It's not very robust anyway and can get jostled. I'll make sure it's seated before I turn it on.

I'm going to check the data every morning for a while as well. Thanks everyone.

When I'm not using the humidifier I just leave it empty without water, there is no need to actually disassemble it from the IntelliPAP.

You can also use the humidifier in pass over mode....that is filled with distilled water but not turned on. This provides a bit of humidification without the heat.

I don't actually dissassemble it. I remove the tank to clean it. A full tank lasts 3 days in Mode 2 for me.
All has been well the past couple days with data collection.

HerbyPeg is also Oakenpeg (when the password doesn't work).
