Lost my e-mail-help!

I'm not able to access my e-mail. I can't even get the setup to send an e-mail. I have yahoo mail. I mean I had. Can any of you computer wizards help me? I'm stuck. I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

Wow ! Sorry to read that friend. Check this out, Yahoo answers could answer your question. Just click on answer > yahoo products > yahoo mail. Sorry, I couldn't be more help, but lot's of people can assist you in Yahoo answers. People there can even direct you to Yahoo support.

Thanks Spirit, I appreciate it. I tried restarting about four times. I restored it about four times. My son in Ca. tried to help me. He thought I could google it, but that didn't work.
