Rave reviews for my sleep center/DME

I know that most of the time, we usually can't wait to complain when something goes wrong or unexpectedly for us. That is why I am letting everyone know that I have a MARVELOUS sleep Doc/DME!!! My RESMED Elite 9 starting "flaking out" on me. I noticed the past week or so that out of nowhere, my pressure reflected as 0 on my reports. No reason, just nothing. The other night while laying in bed, fully masked, my machine shut off out of nowhere. I called the Resp Therapist the very next morning and without having to prompt her for anything, she had me come right in so that she could exchange my machine for a new one. Where else would you get that fine treatment? I was flabbergasted. She actually entertained a few questions while I was there and said if anything else goes on, to give her a call! I am a patient at The Unity Sleep Disorders Center here in good ol' Rochester. The weather may suck ( LOL ) but atleast we have great medical facilities! It is with these awesome professionals and the work that I am doing that will get me back to where I need to be medically. Thanks for letting me spread the word.

Is nice to hear something good about the medical staff that provide us with our care. I took had a really good experience with my sleep lab and most recently with my pulmonary doctor. I called to get a prescription to get a new humidifier chamber from the DME And before I could call the DME lady back to let her know I had left a message for the doctor....the doc had already faxed over the script! WOW fast. I wish my insurance was that easy to deal with! lol
