Longest Apnea Episode
Hi all... Just wondering. I check my data card on a routine basis. The other night, it appears that I had a rough night sleeping. Of course, I knew that because I napped all darn day! But really, in analyzing my "numbers" from that night, I learned that not only did I have many many apnea episodes, but my longest was for 49 seconds. That, in and of itself, bothers me because my episodes have been hovering around 10 to 12 seconds per incident. Add that 49 second episode into the mix with the other several I had within that few minutes and wow - how much breathing did I actually do? Almost seems like I went several minutes without breathing except for a smidge here and there. I attribute this to just getting over pneumonia. I am finally feeling human again, but still rather sleepy. Guess I know why! Has anyone else experienced long apnea incidents like this?
