All the Respironics and Philips Respironics System One REMstar Auto machines do have a "split night" therapy setting. Not that you would want to turn on "split night" -- you wouldn't want to use that.

How do I get into "Clinician" mode?

See this link above for directions on how to get to clinician menu.

Do you have the Clinician manual.? It explain in much more detail all your setting options.
