Been over a year.

Post by MikeyB » Mon Apr 25, 2011 10:58 pm

Hello its been over a year and I am still struggling keeping my mask on, and to make things worse now, my mask has a tare in it, so if anyone has a nasal mask or pillow one etc, that they can part with for as little as possible since i am unemployed it would be most appreciated. thanks.

Bump.

Looks like MikeyB could really use some of our help folks!

Mikey, Switch your equipment to Text instead of Icons. Masks look alike and it's hard to tell what kind of mask cushion you need to replace.

Ideas on how MikeyB could get the replacement mask he needs folks?

What size nasal pillow mask? As in what size of nasal pillows? All I have left to give away is a used Swift LT. Problem is I only have Small and XSmall pillows for it. Probably would not work so well on male nose. They are new pillows but headgear is used but still has some life left in it.

If the Liberty is mask used now what size cushion is torn?

Lots of people willing to help here but we need more details on what will work or not. Does it have to be full face mask or will something like the Swift LT nasal pillow type work?

Sorry not sure how to change it to text , but the mask in pick was a liberty, that I had to swap out with my charity dme, was using a respironics easylife and after looking at the mask the plastic part is cracked too, I don't mind the whole nose being covered but would like to try pillows, I would guess pillow size I would need is a medium thanks.

MikeyB, have you seen this post? viewtopic/t63421/Pay-it-forward.html

It's not the mask type you are looking for, necessarily, but a generous offer nevertheless!

@pugsy, no it does not have to be a full face mask, a nasal pillow will work, I would like to have a ffm for when my allergies take over, but it would be nice but not needed too, the liberty didnt work for me. Thank you
