Cannot post images

I'm certain I am doing this right but it's not working. Help?

Click on the IMG button by the URL button. Paste the url address in there and see if you can see the image.

If using photobucket, copy the last address in the address box and paste, it already has the IMG brackets.

Flicker is playing games with image linking. Use a different image service that doesn't play games with linking images.

I usually use imageshack, but I think they have troubles being viewed from certain countries.
