sleeping less?

Post by WhoDatSleeping » Tue Mar 29, 2011 4:22 am

I have been using the Cpap for a week now. I have to say that the first few nights were a major struggle! At times feeling a little claustrophobic and frustrated.

However, I am starting to get used to it and I have noticed the last three nights that I have been sleeping less but feel somewhat rested as compared to before using the Cpap. Even my wife has noticed me getting up before her and able to actually stay up to watch a movie with her at night!!

She says that I am very quiet now with the Cpap and that she finally can sleep as well.

So far good news for the family as a whole!!!!

WOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!! I lived in Kenner for about a year when I was 17. Still try to go back at Mardi Gras, but didn't get to this year. LOVE New Orleans.

I have already gotten a lot of great info from this site.

With this much improvement after only one week, you're ahead of the curve. Congratulations.
