clinical manual for the s9

I am a new user and have bween diagnosed at a 20 setting. This setting is so high it blows the mask open after i fall asleep. Ive trie both face and nose mask with no difference. would like the manual so i can adjust the air setting without running to the doc. Seems silly to go to them for something so logical and easy. Maybe after a lower setting it can be adjusted upward gradually. Any help would be appreciated.
