These are an example of my events for the last week. They range from 1.2 up to 2.8. They all have an obstructive after going to sleep. The rest appear to be the be same kind of events as in the chart above.I feel great all day long and I fall asleep at least for now with no problem.
Do they appear to be central events, to those of you who been doing this longer then me? If so, am I using the correct equipment?

The more experienced folks will most likely be able to answer your question. All I can tell you is that I had more centrals when my top pressure range was too high--as soon as I lowered it a bit, I only have one or two centrals a night, usually when I'm rolling around.
Just my own experience, for what it's worth.

Could be they were sleep onset centrals, since they are clustered so tightly together. Sleep onset centrals occur when you are transitioning between being awake and being asleep, and when you are waking. My doc and I were looking at my titration study just yesterday, and I had a cluster like that just before I woke up with a nightmare - hard to say if the centrals caused the nightmares or the nightmare caused the centrals. Centrals can also show up when you toss and turn, or partially wake up to turn a pillow over.

I was thinking the same as Bons.
And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

That chart looks like some the the charts I use to have. A few onset centrals as I'm falling asleep, several centrals in the middle of the night while trying to go back to sleep after turning over or from going to the bathroom, and then a string of central while waking, dosing back to sleep, and waking in the morning.
My doc said stop worry about them and I did.
I have fewer centrals now than I use to have. The number keeps going down every month.
