My One Year CPAP Anniversary

Dear Friends,

I just realized that I started this CPAP adventure on Jan 8, 2010, so it's officially been one year! The truth is, I could not have made it without all of you. You've answered my questions, comforted me, and helped me build the knowledge and the confidence that I needed to take charge of my therapy. (I've recently had to make some small adjustments to my pressure due to some changes in medications.)

So, thank you all for being there for me.
