Nutrition/OSA Interview w/Maria Alexandra Bella

Post by Emilia » Wed Dec 29, 2010 1:24 pm

Dr. Park sent out a link to download the mp3 interview he had with Maria Alexandra Bella on Nutrition and Sleep Apnea.... it runs about 30 mins before Q&A. You can either listen at this link or download it to iTunes or your computer... He usually doesn't sent these interviews out unless you are a subscriber to his service, but this one was sent out gratis...

Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Any surprises in the interview?

I guess it would depend on how knowledgeable one is on nutrition to begin with. She did hit on some great topics and answered many questions as they relate to GERD, gluten, exercise, food choices, etc. It is worth the listen!
