2 Month CPAP - Dr Visit

Post by B_4 » Mon Dec 27, 2010 3:38 pm

Pre CPAP my Doctor was threatening blood pressure medication. My BP was 145/92 and my pulse was 90. I went into the Dr today, only change has been 2 months of CPAP.

BP 130/85 and a Pulse of 78.

I AM SOOOOO EXCITED!

That's great. Cpap can really be a benefit in more ways than one.

Thank you Janknitz and Marvinvwinkle. The pulse numbers are what got me in. It just so happens that my bp was going up also. Wife had informed me that I stopped breathing at night but it took a scare from the DR to get me in (to my wife's chagrin). I am thrilled that the CPAP has had such a big impact. It is nice to know that I was sick and am now getting the proper treatment.

That knowledge is power and I am very excited. Did I mention that?

Glad you are doing better, I am with you, been on this for a week now, and am glad my wife finally convinced me to get something done about it.
