My head, face and sinus hurt

My head, face and sinus hurt

I decided to try my Bi Pap again. I woke up after 2 hours and the side of my head with that side of my face and that sinus hurt badly. It hurt to touch the whole right side of my head. If I loosen the mask there is a leak. Any answers or tips?

either the size of your mask is wrong... or it's the wrong mask for you... by no means should a mask have to be so tight that it hurts!

The mask is not that tight when I fall asleep.

You may have a sinus or ear infection, so I'd try to see your ENT doctor.
