Handbook says unit stores 24 hrs of data and then shows "memory full" and stops recording.
Anyone know how to clear the memory? If you start another recording session does it erase old data?
I have about 16 hours of data on mine and need to know how to insure my next session will be completely recorded.
BTW, for $100+/- I'm pleased with this unit. Appears to accurate and prints nice reports.

Each recoarding session clears the old one out. Easy to do, I lost the first nights data that way. Jim

I have CMS50F and believe it to erase old data when new recording session is begun. To test run it in record mode for 10 minutes then load data into your computer and see if only the 10 minutes are there. ymmv

OK, thanks. That makes sense. So the 24 hr capability would come in to play only if you recorded for 24 hrs straight. Good to know. The "handbook" leaves one hanging concerning this point.
