I just wish we could get it figured out. When this happened to me, getting rid of my old record and creating a new one seemed to resolve not getting the summary data.

This is what is happening with my AWOL data, it appears machine is being turned off. I have since turned off auto start, although I really don't feel that is the problem due to no leak detected as data goes mia. john

This is the first AWOL data after turning auto start off 3 weeks earlier. I was awake during over 1 hour of the missing data, so I know the machine was running. There is no leak showing on the "leak" chart, so not auto start issue, even though I was leaking like a stuck pig. I feel it's a software bug. It can be from my download on an old laptop or just a bug that may appear at times on anyone's 3.12. I saved the 3.11 original download on a flashdrive because my laptop is 5 years old and not the most reliable. If the laptop gets turned off or the battery goes dead it will not find the operating system until it gets put in the refrigerator for about an hour to cool the internal components. Santa has a new one for me, so I will use 3.11 on that puter and see if it is a software issue with 3.12 or not. Since I installed 3.12, the program has been slower opening and sometimes I have to make two or more attempts to open patient. Not sure if this is what the rest of you are experienceing or not, pretty sure none of you need to put your laptop in the fridge to get it to turn on. Wife thought I slipped a cog or two when she seen it in there. It was like "how the hell did you figure out to do that". well, I was a mechanic and that was a test we did at times with questionable automobile puters to help identify a puter problem quicker. Time is money. john
