I run a dental lab and we are doing some research and prototyping on a CPAP alternative for those of you that may benefit from a Jaw relocating dental device in place of or in addition to a CPAP unit. Our product will be a substantial improvement in cost to the similar alternative.

What are your thought, feelings, experiences with Silentnite or similar products on the market?

Have you used any of these products; if so which ones and if not what is your reasoning?

Have they worked or not worked for you and why?
