Just a happy share

Post by Twentysix » Tue Nov 09, 2010 4:59 pm

During my first month on the APAP I never past the 6.25 hour sleep mark, with an average of slightly over 6 hours. Last night I actually have slept for 7.6 hours, with 2 bathroom visits, after which I feel asleep within a minute or so. Very happy sleeper here! Think I felt groggy from too much sleep, lol.

Isn't it a great feeling to sleep?

Thanks for your replies guys. Getting fuzzy feelings here. Last night also 7.6 hours and only 1 bathroom visit, so still improving. Once is pretty normal I think for almost everybody out there? Had 2 nights this week where I had to wake up early because there was a thunderstorm going on, and I think it is too dangerous to be hooked onto something electrical. Now just hoping the hayfever season will end very very soon.
