I have my Australian prescription registered with this site, took three days and there were no issues.
Unfortunately as I use ResMed equipment I can't now purchase from this site, but I do have an American supplier from whom I purchase all items except my APAP.
Unless your prepared to purchase two machines I would only use a local distributor with excellent backup facilities.
Postage costs in relation to the savings aren't too bad.
