Recently I went from the ultra mirage nasal mask to a quattro full face.
I am on my second week or so of using it. I struggled right out of the gate with a sore nose bridge and some leaks.
Thanks to many tips and suggestions I have been able to get that resolved for the most part. I have been using the comfort nose pad item that was suggested here. Once I was able to get that not to leak I went on to try and stop some occasional mouth leaks.
After many suggestions and reading about the trials of many folks in a similar situation I was able to find a solution for that as well.
I basically ended up taking my chin strap and used it around the center of the mask and velcroed it to apply a little pressure.
that sealed the leaks on my lower jaw area that would pop up when I would lay on my side.
This experiment will be shortly replaced with the pad a cheek straps for Quattro's which was also referred.
Last night readings my lowest ever:
ahi 1.0
leaks 0.0
apneas 0.0
My thanks to the many folks that offered encouragement and suggestions.
This place works and is a blessing.
Forgot to add I slept 10 hours straight with this set up last night
