Hello,
I am having trouble keeping my AHI down. I have been on cpap for 6 mos. and have always stayed around 3.2 with my AHI. That is not as good as most of the people here on this forum but seems like that is the best I can get. Well in the past 2 weeks it went up to 8.9 and now is staying at 6.2. I have a new mask that does not leak...I have a new hose on my machine,,,I have checked everything I know to check and still cannot get it down. It really is starting to worry me. I still feel pretty good and do not seem any more tired than before...Any suggestions for me.
Thanks
Bren

Re: cannot figure out what is going on....
Hi, you said your mask does not leak... but what about your mouth? You could well be losing all the air that way once you're asleep and maybe need a full face mask. Can you try taping for 1-2 nights to test it out (search 'taping' on the forum here for what to use). Also if you fill in your Profile on your member pg ('user ctl. panel" above posts) with the full name of all your equipment, plus your pressure(s) then we have something to go by if wanting to help.
