I need some advice please

I just got a new cpap machine. I have 2 other machines that are not at the right levels. I asked the technician to adjust them and he said he could not because they were not his machines and he was not familiar with them. How can I adjust them myself so I have 2 extra cpaps for other purposes. Any suggestions. Thanks a million for any advice. Beth

What kind of machines are they. Some can only be set through software which the DME has and you don't. Others can be tweaked knowing the right key combination.
