Changing My Pressure Setting

Post by OceanGoingGal » Sat Nov 06, 2010 1:53 am

Awhile ago I decided to try and improve results by changing my pressure level. I was at 11 to begin with and not sleeping long enough. I had been sleeping fairly soundly but kept waking after 5-6 hours. I wanted to try and get longer sleep time. I went up to 12 and got one night at 9 hours. I was elated and kept this pressure for a while and was getting slightly better than 6- 7 hours. I decided to go to 13 and see where that went. Well right from the beginning it was not good. Leaks everywhere!! Hard to control and my straps were too tight for comfort. Last night after struggling with it for 2 week I dropped back to 12 and slept fairly comfortably. So for now I think 12 is it for me.

Hi Laura!

I'm glad you've been able to determine a pressure that seems to work better for you. Congratuations on that! I hope you get nicely settled in and get good nights sleep from here on!!
