Strange bed, likely odd hrs, different food...all those changes affect sleep.

You changed 2 things -- hard to know which one made the difference that is if the change is lasting.

It has been suggested by many here that as we sleep longer, we have more REM sleep and REM sleep is typically where the most apnea/hypopnea events occur.

The more REM sleep theory for more AHI's sounds quite plausible.
Since returning from holidays four days ago my 90/95th have all been 7, and AHI under 2, except for one day when 95th was 8 and AHI 3. On that night only had the mask on for 6 hours. Happy with those results.

Also for some months I have been unable to successfully logon under my Countman88 username. I complete the logon screen ok and it seems to accept, but doesn't register, and I have to use a different username and complete the confirmation code when I wish to post or reply. Is this on the same computer? I seem to recall something about cookies being an issue but have been unable to find the post. Maybe you can try clearing your cookies and see if that helps.

I have actually tried clearing Cookies.
I can't even get to the logon screen without clearing cookies. When I clear them I can get to the screen, logon, but it doesn't register.
The only problem I guess not being logged on is that the required confirmation code seems to get longer every time I post.
