Resmed Resscan Software

Hello,

I use the APAP Resmed S8. I have a problem to read the data from the card reader. I have installed Windows 7. The Resmed resscan Software has the version 3.12 and the card reader is ACR38 (usb supported). The card driver with the resscan software are not supported. I download the card driver from the homepage http://www.acs.com. With this driver zhe card will be installed correctly. But if I start the resscan, the card can not be read from the resscan software. The card state is in use. Anyone have an idea, what can cause the problem?
