Which NASAL PILLOW to get?
A while back I bought the The ResMed Mirage Swift II nasal pillows as a backup to my nasal mask. I have tried to use The ResMed Mirage Swift II but I have found each time that they are too noisy and I feel irritated from the air rushing in just inside my nostrils. Which is the best nasal pill for me?
Re: Which NASAL PILLOW to get?
No one can tell you which model is best for you, I wish it was that easy.... I like the F&P Opus 360, I have been using this model since I started back in March and I'm still using the same pillows I started with. My travel / backup is the Swift FX. Good luck and don't give up......
Thank you,

newyorknative,
If at all possible you need to try on several nasal pillow masks with your machine running at its normal setting---high setting if you have an APAP/BiPAP.
Like any other mask style, which nasal pillows mask you wind up liking or disliking is largely a matter of personal preference and which masks fit/don't fit your face's physical structure.
So if possible, haul your CPAP into a DME and ask to try on a variety of nasal pillow masks with your machine's hose and your machine's pressure settings. If possible try to lie down with the nasal pillows on since nasal pillows are like any other mask in that the perceived noise during use is often noise conducted from the hose/mask through your pillow and into your head rather than noise that enters your ear through the air.

Re: Which NASAL PILLOW to get?
I have the Swift FX, Opus 360, and the ComfortLite2. I find that I switch out regularly depending on what I happen to feel like. Interestingly enough, I tried the simple cushions (nasal mask) on the ComfortLite2 and was quite surprised. I had a bad experience with a nasal mask and was perhaps falsely biased against it. On the ComfortLite2 with the nasal fitting, I have come to like it a LOT. I don't have the air whistling up the nose or inflated nostril feeling and it is now my favorite setup.
Worth a try. Your mileage will vary but I have had great success with that.

New York.........
Following is a link to the best mask I've found.
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/aeiome ... rface.html
I can find nothing better....and I've tried about (6) different masks.
I learned about it from Rested Gal.
