Have you been successful in using this particular mask without the high leak alert in the recent past?

What were the circumstances of the high leak alert? When you were trying to adjust the mask, or when you were checking your overnight data?

What's the humidifier set on?

How is your hose set up? Do you run the hose over the headboard? Under the covers? On top of the covers?

I find I had leaks with the quatro that I couldn't feel either. Check the hose for punctures and tears especially near the machine and mask. <you can repair it with duct tape.
Rain out is due to a cold hose with humid air in it. Either turn down the humidity or cover the hose - You can create a quick cover by buying a couple of pairs of tube socks at the dollar store and cutting the toes off and putting them on the hose.
