my chest seems to hurt when I use my cpap. Also have a hacky cough. what am I doing wrong?

Can you fill in your equipment profile in the Control Panel, machine, mask, pressure and humidifier settings, do you use Flex/EPR(for exhalation) and if you had a sleep study what was your titration. The more info provided the better to help you.

That doesn't tell us very much. I agree with DoriC......please register as a member of the forum so you can list your equipment and exchange private messages with others.

We have no idea what machine you're using or if you have a humidifier on it or what pressure you're using. Coughing can be caused by a number of things. One of them being blood pressure medications......like Lisinopril. It could also be that your coughing could be caused by throat irritation if you're using a nasal mask and leaking air out your mouth or mouth-breathing. If you just started on therapy, it could be that you're using muscles in your chest in ways they haven't been exercised lately.
