Improved Concentration

Post by Mammal » Tue Sep 28, 2010 5:26 am

Hi Everyone,

I have just got back from Border's Bookstore, and I've got some good news to share. Tonite, I read 2 books totalling 500 pages, cover to cover, (and put them back on the shelves!), in 3.5 hours, and I don't even feel at all tired. Prior to starting CPAP on June 30 this year, I was so exhausted, and unable to concentrate at all, that I would read 5 to 6 pages before giving up.

Congratulations!

Let us know when you improve to the point that you start paying for those books you are reading.

My chess game improved when I began CPAP.
