Hi Mikey...... unfortunately, the machine you are showing in your profile is not a data capable machine. It will only provide compliance data, not your therapy data. Can you give us some information on your sleep study findings? What was your diagnosis, what was the pressure you were titrated at, are you detecting leaks? Add anything else specific you can tell us. Without therapy data it is really impossible to know what the issues are so it will take a lot of trial and error to tweak things so you can be comfortable.

You are using a nasal mask... is it the problem? Have you tried any other styles of masks? If you breathe through your mouth, it may be part of the problem and you would be better with a full face mask. If you don't mouth breathe, you might do better with nasal pillows.

If you are employed w/o insurance and can find the money with which to buy a data capable machine, it would be far better to be able to navigate through this maze. There are some less expensive data capable machines available, and if you go to http://secondwindcpap.com you will find some great gently used machines that have been refurbished, sanitized, and come w/warranty for very reasonable prices.

If you are unemployed and buying anything now is impossible, the only recourse is to play around with the settings and also ask many questions here so we can try to help you.

I am unfamiliar with your machine, and someone who is familiar with it will be by to help you. I do not even know if a clinician manual is available so you can change the settings. Someone with more knowledge than I will need to step in for that.

Saw this listed on another post... link to the clinician manual for your machine. You should be able to tweak your pressure with this: http://cpaphelp.internetage.ws/manuals/ ... pGuide.pdf
