Hi Tony... welcome to the forum. Did you do the second part of the study where they titrated you with a mask and determined an appropriate pressure or range? Are you depending on insurance for your equipment or are you purchasing out of pocket? If using insurance, once your titration report is complete, your doctor will Rx a machine and pressure and send that to the DME your insurance works with, or you will take it to them. Sometimes this process can be quick, other times it is lengthy. If you are buying out of pocket, once you have your Rx in hand, you can go online and purchase your equipment much more reasonably than from a storefront DME.

You have some homework to do....lots to read and questions to ask. Begin by going to the top and clicking on the yellow lightbulb. Read, Read, Read...... follow threads on the forum and ask questions as needed.

You are entitled to a copy of your sleep study, and we suggest you get the complete report so you have all the information about your condition. When the time comes to get your machine, be sure to get a fully data capable machine, not one that just gives compliance data.

Best of luck.... and keep us posted on your progress!
